Description
Shake magnetic polish well and apply magnetic nail polish to desired opacity. After final coat, hold magnet bar as close to nail as possible without touching. Hold for 15-30 seconds. Apply top coat. Hold magnet over top coat as well. Gives a cat eye effect.
