Shipping & Handling
We ship all orders based on the weight of the order. Shipping notifications are sent to you via email, using the email you provided when you placed your order. We do our best to get your shipments to you in time. But once the package leaves our hands, it is out of our control. Please follow up with your carrier and the USPS website to track your order. We are not responsible for a wrong address or a failure to retrieve an order. Shipping charges will be billed again to reship if a package is returned to us. We will not be responsible for late deliveries or lags in delivery and no refunds will be given in these situations. Shipping and any possible insurance charges are non-refundable in every situation.
International shipping is now available at your OWN RISK. PLEASE NOTE (before placing order):
Due to the high risk/price of shipping Internationally, once the package leaves us, its fate is out of our hands. We will not be held responsible to replace confiscated polishes. However, up to $100 of insurance will be included for loss or damage on international packages. Please take pictures of the damaged merchandise and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. I will do my best to work with you on getting replacements sent if covered by insurance.
Due to the delicate nature of these products, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. Please be sure to review your order before placing. Because we have no control over what happens to a package after it leaves our hands, only insured packages will be replaced if damaged or missing. In the event that an insured package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs. and provide photographic evidence.
